Starting from Scratch…Again

Having done very little training recently, I have to get back to the gym and the various sports I need to complete.

Last week, I managed to fit in a couple of days of training.

Tuesday 23rd
Legs day: squats at 90kg and front squats at 60kg

Wednesday 24th

Back: pull-ups, chin-ups with 20kg and bent barbell rows at 60kg

Thursday 25th

I failed to get to the gym and, instead, had a night of absinthe and wrestling computer games. Hooray!

This week, I will try to train extra hard, as well as pick my road bike up for the 100 mile cycle I have planned. Hooray?
