Day one of the British Action Academy's Warrior Masterclass introduces me to the art of unarmed fighting, in the role of a football hooligan. This is acting at it's hardest: I don't even like football.
My 2014 training has started and, thus far, it isn't going too badly. The last three days have been a combination of DDP Yoga and weight lifting and, I'm delighted to say, DDP Yoga is proving just wonderful - I already feel more limber after doing it just twice!
