Copywriting
Over 14 years as a copywriter I’ve created everything from slogans for all-night bars and blogs for the Tower of London, to self-help handbooks and theatre shows for Edinburgh Fringe.
You can find my words in books in Waterstones, on hotel walls in Kings Cross and on the side of tens of thousands of (recycled) coffee cups throughout London.
I’ve rebranded synthesisers, written pet health advice blogs, and constructed case studies and technical datasheets for global software and engineering companies.
Is this because I am expert in ABSOLULTELY EVERY SUBJECT IN THE WORLD? Of course not; I have one very specific skill: understanding and telling stories.

I specialise in providing seamless brand experiences, as well as crafting and presenting unique and effective pitches for products and events.

The world’s leading producer of audio interfaces, Focusrite, employed me to take charge of all their copywriting and copy management requirements. This included writing and project-managing all sales and marketing media, email communications, printed brochures, web copy and product packaging. I was also responsible for the repositioning, rebranding and rewriting of the entire company during its global rebrand.

The UK’s leading provider of construction and facilities management software made me responsible for all the printed and digital content for their five separate global divisions. I took every communication strategy from concept to completion, including product brochures, newsletters, email marketing campaigns, social media, blogging and web content. I also travelled the country conducting case studies on major construction and civil engineering projects, to present examples of our software in action.
