Ant-Licking and Coffee-Picking
On the way to the coffee planation, we stop by Barron Falls to see it in full flow. After being rained on for my entire visit to the rainforest, I am fairly certain the falls will be raging like Thor in the hall of Thyrim!
They probably won’t be dressed in a bridal gown, however. That would be a sight to behold.
I am, however, also an idiot who exaggerates everything in his own mind. When we reach the falls, they look virtually identical to how they did a fortnight ago – it has only been raining since Tuesday, after all.
Despite this disappointment, it is always a pleasure to stroll around the forest and look out over mighty waterfalls, especially in the delightful company of Tone and Yuka.
Along the way, Tone shows me how to catch green ants, which taste of lime! This is something Franc mentioned on Magnetic Island, but we couldn’t find any ants to smash. When I came across them I the rainforest, I was too busy being eaten by them to remember I could eat them also.

I try this and, obviously, get bitten immediately and repeatedly.
I resolve to destroy as many any as necessary to experience this citrus extravaganza. Who is eating whom now, you suicidal green bastards?!
It is not worth the death toll. It never is. I weep for my soul.
Onward to the coffee plantation!
