Busy busy busy!
Life has become about as busy as it could possibly be. Or at least it feels that way. I have, therefore, sadly not had time to blog the last couple of days of Ed vs. Sport. I hope the following summary will suffice:
Chest Routine of 10.05.2011:
Bench presses: 50, 90, 95 and 98kg
Incline dumbbell presses: 2 x 30kg
Incline dumbbell flyes: 2 x 22kg

Back Routine of 11.05.2011:
Un-weighted chin-ups (still looking after my elbow)
Bent barbell rows at 50, 60 and 70kg
Pull-downs at 70kg
Bench press at: 100 and 110kg (a new personal best! I managed 3 reps at 110, though 2 were assisted)
All went well. I am looking to get back into half marathon training too, now my ankle has healed. My dad – the legendary Steve Gamester – has offered to run with me in training. God save my soul.
