On our way from Port Douglas back to Townsville, we stop at Kuranda – a town in the rainforest, where they have a most excellent and colourful market.
Today is Easter Saturday; on the downside, this makes the market quite a lot busier than expected but, on the upside, there is a ‘Scottish’ band playing “Everybody Dance Now” on the bagpipes.

Now it is back from whence we came; to the City of Townsville…and beyond!
