Bring The Thunder!

My wonderfully talented friend introduced me to this video.  It’s friggin’ amazing…apart from one thing…the music.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s inoffensive…  But when a man is performing feats of strength to this level, he really should be performing to some kind of EPIC HEAVY METAL!

I have therefore resolved to recreate this video, but with a better soundtrack.  Beware, ludicrously hench dude with unbelievable athletic prowess…I’m comin’ for ya…

UPDATE: I recorded everything necessary for this video, but it turned out looking shit.  Instead, here is a pitiful substitute:

        I know, right? This is going to be an excellent resource! There are some exercises at the end I don’t think I’ll be able to pull off (one-handed clapping press-ups shouldn’t be possible), but I’m going to do my best to cover as many of them as possible 😀 Thanks for commenting, Dan!

        He is, isn’t he? I think the guy has a whole YouTube channel of him being the best of men…
