Getting Back into Shape: Day Two – Surprise!
After Monday night’s painful chest and back experience, I decided Tuesday morning needed a shock to get my body going…
…so I did the same again!
That’s right, just to totally mess with my mind and body, I went back to the gym and did another session targeting the exact same muscles. This time, however, I used dumbbells instead of bars and ramped up the weight, then switched over to machines to help me keep my form when I was struggling.
The result? Agony. Of the good kind! I assume…
Then it was off for a full day of work.
To be honest, I don’t have much more to say on the matter, other than that I started trying to pay attention to what I eat as well. This is something I never, ever, ever, ever do…so it’s neither easy nor fun. It’ll be interesting to see how it goes!
