I’m pleased to report that, thanks to my trusty elbow support, I completed a full workout for the first time since Friday!
I was fairly concerned that, by wearing my elbow support and hitting the gym, I’d just look a little more pathetic and fail anyway. However, after a quick warm-up of press-ups, I managed a full chest workout, even with my weakened arm.

The training consisted of:

100 press-ups warm-up.
Bench press at 50, 70, 80 and 90kg.
Dumbbell presses at 2 x 26kg.
Standing cable presses at 2 x 7.5 and 2 x 10kgs (at this point I felt something tweak in my arm and stopped).
20 one-arm press-ups.
Crunches until the pain was unbearable

So, not the heaviest training session ever but, all things considered, I was pretty pleased. Thank you arm support, you are a gym-saver.
