The Last Ever Nettle Warrior
Little did we know, when we picked ourselves up off the floor of a barn on the last day of July 2016, that we were about to witness the final Tough Guy Nettle Warrior of all time.
Luckily, Ghost Squad go about every event as if it is the last event on Earth – and we tore it up as best we possibly could for about seven hours.
This year, I even had the honour of taking the warm up – which I doctored to include a 22 press up challenge, a Guild Squat and an Icelandic Clap (which made me almost totally deaf in one ear for about three minutes).
