Ghost Squad at Mudnificent 7
This weekend was Ghost Squad’s third outing to Mudnificent 7, the OCR Expo. It always holds a special place in our hearts because it was the first race we ever attended outside of Tough Guy, where the sound of five hours of pounding war drums made the OCR community realise there was something not quite right going on at Tough Guy…
I’m sure there are lots more awesome pictures from the event, but I’m very tired and these are what I could find.
As ever, it was kickass and we enjoyed a warm welcome at the awesome Cliff Lakes campsite, where we had a rum party to get ourselves through the storm that came out of nowhere on what had been the loveliest day of the year.
The next morning I ran a hangover boot camp OCR training session at 9am, which I was dreading (being very hungover ), but ended up loving! More of those, please! Just get in touch for any kind of training!!
